Number One: hold the dollar bill up to the light and look for a hologram.
"On a counterfeit bill, you will not see any type of hologram," says Jordan.
Number two: if you shine a U.V. light on dollar bill, real money will have strip of color near the edge.
"It kind of illuminates, and in this case, on a twenty it's kind of a greenish color," says Jordan.
