provided executive leadership in various capacities including Managing Director of the Convenience Retail Industry, Vice President of the Hospitality Industry, Vice President of Customer Operations, and most recently as CFO of to company.
Mr. Haidet was integral to the transformation of Radiant Systems helping to establish premier customer relationships, implementing operational and strategic measurement tools, reengineering business processes and technology, structuring debt financing and public market offerings, developing and overseeing an international infrastructure and leading the acquisition and integration of over a dozen companies in Europe, Asia Pacific and the United States.
As CFO, Mr. Haidet played a key role and improving the company's overall economic model and focus on shareholder value creation.
During this time the company delivered 14% compound average growth, expanded recurring revenue from 34% of revenue to 45%, increased analyst coverage and trading volume by a factor of 4 and ultimately sold the company for $1.2 billion representing a premium well above market.
Prior to Radiant Systems, Mr. Haidet began his career at Arthur Andersen spending two years in financial audit and five years as a manager in the business consulting practice focused on performance management and process reengineering.
In addition to his responsibilities at Actuate, Mr. Haidet serves on the boards of Dinova Corporation and Hands on Atlanta.
He is the Managing Partner of New Food Group, which developed the restaurant concept "Takorea" in 2011.
Mr. Haidet is an active advisor to SilverLake Partners, a global technology-focused private equity firm.
