has practiced hand and upper extremity surgery since 1981.
treats all conditions, diseases, and injuries that affect the elbow, forearm, wrist, and hand for patients from birth through their elderly years.
Medical problems he
treats include, but are not limited to, arthritis, nerve entrapments, tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, fractures, joint, tendon, nerve, and vascular injuries, and infections, Dr. Belsky
has a special interest in sports injuries of the hand and elbow, thumb arthritis, Dupuytren's Disease, and resistant tennis elbow.
Dr. Belsky is currently the hand surgery consultant, along with his associate Dr. Matthew Leibman, to the Boston Red Sox.

has published more than 30 articles and chapters about diseases and injuries of the hand and elbow.

Dr Belsky is a Clinical Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at Tufts University School of Medicine.

He has served as Chairman of the Advisory Committee for Orthopaedics and as Governor of the American College of Surgeons.
During his 25 year tenure at the Newton-Wellesley Hospital, Dr. Belsky he has been President of the Medical Staff and chairman of numerous committees.
His current leadership positions at the Newton-Wellesley Hospital include Chief of Orthopaedic Surgery and Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees.
Dr. Belsky serves on the Board of Directors of the Jewish Family and Children's Services of greater Boston.
has a special interest in providing services for people with disabilities and other vulnerable populations.
Dr Belsky grew up in New Jersey where he attended Highland Park High School.
He received his BS degree from the University of Pittsburgh and his MD Degree from Tufts University School of Medicine.
