240-354-7059 markaaby@gmail.com Coach Mark has been coaching baseball in some capacity for the last 5 years. This past year he coached the Minor Mets, the Rookie Orioles, was head coach of the the winning 2015 Memorial Day Tournament team in the Minors HCYP league, and coached the 10U White Summer All Stars Team. Coach Mark grew up playing baseball, starting around the age of six and playing consistently through high school. In addition to playing for his high school team for four years, he played two years for the Damascus American Legion team. While his primary positions were shortstop and third base, he has been a quick study in pitching, catching, and outfield play. Coach Mark particularly enjoys teaching baseball to others, and takes pride in developing the skills needed for competitive play. His philosophy is based on good sportsmanship, preparation, practice, and game execution.
