In 1998, the firms Madison Landing development was the sole recipient of the Governor's Housing Award for the best Urban Affordable Housing Development in New Jersey, and 1994, their 265 unit Melrose Court Condominium in the Bronx received a Pillars of the Industry Award from the National Association of the Homebuilders
for the best Affordable Housing Development in the country.Mario received a Masters of Architecture from the University of California at Los Angeles, a Bachelors of Science and Bachelors of Arts degrees in Civil Engineering and Architecture, respectively, from Lehigh University.

.Mr. Procida is a trustee of Greenwich Academy and a member of the Urban Land Institute, and a former Director of the Associated Builders and Owners of Greater New York, Young Presidents Organization, and Bergen Catholic High School.He has also served as a member of the Architectural Review Commission, Town of North Castle.
