"Our emphasis is in fresh products and fresh sandwiches that appeal to everyone," said Mario Cediel, vice president of development for JDDA-SSP.

, they are in the process of developing and renovating all of their food courts.
It's a project that is going to take about 18 months at a cost of about $13 million dollars.
"We're bringing into the airport, brand new concepts, vibrant national brands, local brands and our objective is to bring an upscale feel to the airport, but at prices that are affordable," says Cediel
"I think we are taking airport food service to another level , people are excited about the change and about a new set of standards that have never really been a precedent before," said Cediel
