CTL is pleased to announce that Maria Padilla has officially been promoted to CTL's new HR Manager.
has been involved in many facets of CTL's
She came to CTL through a temporary agency in order to fill the receptionist position at the corporate office.
She was hired in the accounting department and then worked for Microwave Leasing Services providing administrative support.
In 2009 she
was the HR support person and performed project manager functions for our accounting software migration to Microsoft SL.
is a quick learner, well versed in IT as well as Microsoft Excel, and fluent in Spanish and French.
Maria graduated from Cornell University earning a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and French Literature.
has proven to be a multi-faceted individual where needed and will truly be an asset to our organization.
