My journey began almost 20 years ago, when I attended Hatha Yoga classes at the local wellness center. Inspired by the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of yoga, I went on to explore different forms of the practice, including Bikram, Iyengar, and Kundalini yoga. Eventually, I found a consistent practice in Astanga Vinyasa yoga. In 2007, I completed my 200-hour teacher training with Margarida Tree, and in 2013 I am working toward the 500-hour certification. I have been teaching yoga since 2007, focusing primarily on Astanga yoga basics and Vinyasa flow. I believe yoga can be a life-long path, contributing to our well-being as we connect with our inner wisdom andinspiring us to extend out into the world with peace, joy, and compassion. ]]> My journey began almost 20 years ago, when I attended Hatha Yoga classes at the local wellness center.
