Margaret is a native of New Jersey who graduated from California State University at Fullerton.
Margaret worked in workers compensation claims in California before being offered a position in vocational rehabilitation.
She subsequently has worked as a rehabilitation counselor, supervisor, managed offices in California, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Oregon, and provided training and internal review services for Comprehensive Rehabilitation Services.
She returned to her insurance roots and currently works as a Vocational Case Manager at The Standard.
She has been a member of IARP, representing CRS in PA and MI, and has been an individual member of OARP for more than 25 years, serving on the Board for over 20 years.

national conferences as well as conferences in PA, WA and OR, and was OARP Rehabilitation Professional of the year in 2002.

Margaret Moore was selected as the Rehabilitation Professional of the Year for 2002 by OARP.
An engraved plaque was presented at the Fall Conference.
Margaret has been a very active member of the OARP Board for about 10 years now.
She has been primarily involved in the Program Committee, which she is chairing this year, and is the person who arranges facilities and helps to arrange speakers for OARP conferences.
As many of you are aware, Margaret evaluates CEUs as a service provided by IARP for members.
Margaret is a Vocational Case Manager with Standard Insurance.
She has worked in long-term disability with Standard for 15 years.
Prior to this, Margaret wandered all around the country, working as a vocational counselor (and later managing a rehab office) in California, Pennsylvania, Michigan and finally, Oregon.

ended up working and living in Oregon.
When asked what people should know about her
responded that she
is a devoted grandma (her only son's, son), that she
has 2 cats and that she
sings in her
also happily reported that she
is finally "cast-less" (she fractured both elbows and her
left wrist when she
tripped on a handicapped curb cut)!
