In late 1997, Margaret renewed her interest in art and attended classes in Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain. She has continued since then with her drawing and painting, with much encouragement from her husband. At Helen's suggestion, Margaret joined the Wildlife & Botanical Artists of the ACT early in 1999. Since the middle of 1999, Margaret has been attending classes with Tom Parsons, a well-known and respected Canberra teacher, to learn about the complexities of watercolour, pastel and other media.Margaret enjoys pencil drawing and watercolour and pastel painting, and has paintings in private collections within Australia. She is also a member of the Artists' Society of Canberra. Mushroom - copyright Margaret King© Margaret King Margaret KingPhone 6295 9756Email - amking@teknet.net.au
