has over 25 years of compensation consulting experience and a wide range of expertise working with large, mid-sized and start-up organizations in manufacturing, retail, high technology, energy, biotechnology, consumer products, financial services, telecommunications, higher education and healthcare.
areas of expertise include: compensation management, total compensation assessment, development of compensation policies and procedures, job classification and evaluation, short- and long-term incentive design, development of recognition award programs, performance management and federal Fair Labor Standards Act and state exemption status assessment.

Ms. Bentson has a B.A. degree from the University of California at Davis and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
She has a Masters in Industrial and Labor Relations (Human Resource Management) from Cornell University.
