Marcus served as the Regional Director of North America for the Jerusalem Institute of Justice organizing major donor events and was responsible for securing 5 and 6 figure contributions.
He spent 5 years in the academic sector as Director of Student Life with Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL. At the time, Southeastern was one of the nation's fastest growing private universities.
While at SEU
served on the University Transition Taskforce, taught leadership development to 120 university students, and was essential in creating the leadership culture on campus.
has worked cultivating international projects to secure special funding for Seeds of Hope International Partnerships
in Zambia and World Likud in Israel.

Marcus holds a Masters degree in Organizational Development from Regent University with a minor in Sociology and is a Certified Nonprofit Consultant.
