Marci Milligan is the Senior Deputy Director of Fannie Mae's Utah Partnership Office.
The Utah Partnership
Office is one of 50 plus offices in the nation to help increase affordable rental and homeownership opportunities for low-, moderate-, and middle-income families and first-time home buyers.
In her role as Senior Deputy Director, Ms. Milligan is responsible for implementing initiatives with state and local housing leaders and community partners which promote both single- and multi-family affordable housing opportunities as part of Fannie Mae's "House Utah" plan to invest $7 billion over the next five years.
The financing will provide housing for more than 66,000 low- and moderate-income families throughout Utah.
Ms. Milligan is a member of Fannie Mae's South Western Regional Team working on location and energy efficient mortgage initiatives , currently leads the Utah Green Built Task Force, works closely with the Utah Energy Conservation Coalition to establish home builder partnerships and has most recently assisted in writing information on available financial tools for a new Energy Chapter to be included in Envision Utah's (The Coalition for Utah's Future) municipal tool box kit.
Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Ms. Milligan spent twelve years in senior housing property management and development in both the private and non-profit sectors in the Rocky Mountain Region and four years in community development banking at American Express Centurion Bank in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Ms. Milligan received a bachelor's degree in social work from the University of Wyoming, master's certificate in gerontology from the University of Utah and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix.
