Marcâ€™s strength as an expert in Latino strategy development, media, messaging, and community-based outreach has allowed him to significantly impact critical legislation, policy, and outcomes for regional and nationally elected officials.
Marc served as a Hispanic Strategy Advisor to the George W. Bush presidential campaigns in 2000 and 2004, achieving 35% and 44% of the Hispanic vote respectively, marking precedent setting percentages for a Republican presidential candidate.
In 2008, Mr. Rodriguez
prepared and implemented Latino outreach and communication strategies for the McCain for President campaign.
Marc has successfully developed Latino outreach strategies for numerous candidates including Governors Jeb Bush and Rick Perry, for Texas Congressman Henry Bonilla, and for the Republican National Committee.
Marc received his bachelorâ€™s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from St. Maryâ€™s University in San Antonio where he now resides.
