The Land Transport Authority has welcomed the appointment of Manu Korovulavula as the new Interim Transport Minister.Former FIT director, businessman and National Alliance Party candidate in the 2006 elections Netani Sukanaivalu is the new Interim Minister for Education while another National Alliance Party member Manu Korovulavula has been sworn in as the Interim Minister for Transport.Fiji Chamber of Commerce president Taito Waradi has been sworn in as the new Interim Minister for Commerce while ousted senator Laufitu Malani has accepted the position of Interim Minister for Women and Social Welfare in the interim cabinet line up.We have received confirmation that a few more appointments are expected to be made tomorrow.

Interim Minister for Works and Energy, Manu Korovulavula has called on road workers to stop making and drinking tea and spending hours in their tents, as they should be repairing roads for the benefit of the people of Fiji .Korovulavula said he is now speaking to senior managers to ensure that they increase efficiency and productivity.
