has undertaken work in all areas of law, with the possible exception of criminal law.Madonna
is a competent conveyancer and has recently been involved in acting for a not-for-profit organisation in North Queensland in the acquisition of land for conservation and habitat purposes.Madonna
works with minimal supervision on client files including applicant and submitter town planning appeals, compensation claims, issues about compliance with town planning approval, special leases under the Land Act, and advice in relation to vegetation clearing.Madonna
is able to manage the competing demands of clients, consultants, barristers and other solicitors, and has had extensive experience in managing files and assisting clients with their business and affairs.Madonna
is currently two-thirds of the way through an Articles of Clerkship to Lestar Manning
of p&e Law, and will be completing her
