Lynn Marty Grames has worked with the Cleft Palate and Craniofacial Institute at St. Louis Children's Hospital for 30 years. Her duties include perceptual and imaging evaluation, and therapy, for the children and adults with cleft palate and/or velopharyngeal dysfunction. She has lectured at local, state, national and international meetings concerning the care of individuals with craniofacial differences and is an avid supporter of collaboration between the craniofacial team and the community or school SLP. Lynn is a member of ASHA, ASHA SIG 5:Speech Science and Orofacial Disorders, Missouri Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and the American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association.
