Lynda Sardella, president of the Greater Binghamton Realtors Association, said environmental issues are becoming a much bigger factor in the real estate market.Still, she doesn't see Landry's idea catching on in Binghamton, a relatively conservative area."I certainly would find that a hard sell," said Sardella, of RE/MAX Renaissance Realty in Vestal.Sardella said the smallest homes she has listed were cottages or bungalows that were at least 600 square feet."And they are just the tiniest little things," she said.
