Mayor Gary Fuller and the Opelika City Council presented outgoing Community Development Administrator, Luis Gallardo-Rivera, with a "Sustained Superior Performance" Award at the June 21, 2011 meeting of the Opelika City Council.

has processed sixty-four (64) home repair cases, valued at $306,571.00, and one hundred nine (109) historic preservation cases valued at $1,926,467.00.

intellect, talent, personality, and calm disposition which has endeared him not only to the city administration, but moreover to the citizens he
