Lou began his career after earning his BBA degree (specialization - Personnel Administration & Industrial Relations) from the University of North Texas, Denton, Texas more than 30 years ago as a Personnel Administrator for a heavy equipment oil field manufacturer.
Over the years Lou
has had the opportunity to work in several industries (oil field, textile, lumber retail, air cargo, & health care) continuing all the while to gain valuable & varied human resources experience.
Lou has served as leader in both his professional & personal endeavors.
A few of his accomplishment are he organized the HR Directors of the 638 Native Health Organization of Alaska, and has served as City of Bethel, AK Arbitrator; was Chair of San Antonio Area Girl Scouts Cookie Program & assistant troop leader an advisor to Judson Independent School District Vocational Advisory Council; has been a board member of ASHRM & held every chair of the Texas-Oklahoma Personnel Association, & participated with the Wichita Falls Independent School District Vocational Advisory Council, CETA/PIC programs.

lifetime SPHR in 1998.
Presently Lou has his Masters in Organization Management from the University of Phoenix, is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Leadership & Organizational Change and is growing his private practice in consulting.
