Vice President, Worldwide Communications,
Lorie Gawreluk is Vice President, Worldwide Communications.
In this role, she
is responsible for strategic communications addressing external and internal stakeholders.
Previously, Lorie was Executive Director, Corporate Communications, Johnson & Johnson, where she led communications strategy associated with corporate equity programs.
Most notably, she
was responsible for public relations initiatives, media relations, engagement with non-profit organizations, crisis communications, and employee communications for the company's Olympic Sponsorship.
Lorie began her career at Johnson & Johnson in 1996 in the pharmaceutical communications group.
She moved into leadership positions at Ethicon in both the U.S. and Europe, where she set public relations direction, led direct-to-patient efforts, guided internal communications, and managed communications issues for the Franchise.
Following this, she joined Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics as Vice President, Worldwide Communications, where she established the communications function for this Franchise.
Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Lorie held positions of increasing responsibility at the public relations firms of Burson-Marsteller and Porter/Novelli, where she developed and managed public relations programs for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
Lorie graduated from the University of Delaware with a major in International Relations and a minor in French.
