Liza Chambers Co-Founder - Prior to her work with Soliya, Ms. Chambers worked as Program Manager at Conflict Management Group and as Program Director at the National Conference for Community and Justice, directing dialogue programs at the grassroots and track-two levels.

Liza ChambersLiza Chambers has worked for several years as a facilitator at Seeds of Peace, providing training and facilitating dialogue for youth from conflict areas, including the Middle East, Cyprus and the former Yugoslavia.She was a Program Manager at Conflict Management Group, where she directed a program that brought Israeli and Palestinian negotiators together to participate in negotiation skills training and dialogue.Prior to that she was Director of Youth Programs for NCCJ- San Diego where she managed programs that promoted dialogue about issues of race, class and gender.She has also developed dialogue programs in South Africa and at Brown University and was a human rights observer and trainer in Chiapas, Mexico.She has lived and worked in South Africa, Jerusalem, Mexico and the United States.She holds a Masters in Public Policy from the Kennedy School at Harvard University, where she did extensive coursework on conflict resolution and mediation.
