Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer Livia has over thirty years experience in purchasing and marketing fuels for transportation and production and is responsible for setting the company's strategic direction and leading its growth. Under Livia's leadership, PS Energy has become one of the top-diversity and women-owned companies in the nation and in 2014, Livia was presented with the Edison Electric Institute Supplier (EEI) Supplier Diversity Award for PS Energy's "exceptional contribution and commitment to the EEI Suppler Diversity Initiative." A respected leader and innovative thinker, Livia served as the Region IV Chairperson of the Federal Regulatory Fairness Board (REGFAIR) and was also appointed by Georgia's Lieutenant Governor to the House Senate Study Committee for House Bill 215, the Bill that deregulated natural gas in the State of Georgia. In 2006 Governor Sonny Perdue appointed Livia to the Board of Directors of the Georgia Regional Transportation Authority, a state authority that addresses mobility and air quality in Metro Atlanta and provides strategic transportation planning. For her support of the Latin American community, Livia was honored in 2012 with the Chairman Award by the Latin American Chamber of Commerce of Georgia. Livia currently serves on the board for the Greater Women's Business Council and has been part of the boards for Zoo Atlanta, Camp Twin Lakes and the Carter Center.

Livia Whisenhunt, President, CEO and founder of PS Energy Group Ms. Whisenhunt, President, CEO and founder of PS Energy Group, has more than 25 years of experience in purchasing and marketing fuels for transportation and production. She has been instrumental in spearheading and executing most of PS Energy's major milestones and is responsible for setting the company's strategic direction and leading its growth. . Ms. Whisenhunt served as the Region IV Chairperson of the Federal Regulatory Fairness Board (REGFAIR), established by Congress and the President under the Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act of 1996, to represent small businesses and comment on the enforcement activities of federal regulatory agencies. She was appointed by Georgia's Lt. Under Ms. Whisenhunt's leadership, PS Energy Group, with annual revenues in excess of $175 million in 2011, won the Administrator's Award for Excellence from the U.S. Small Business Administration for five consecutive years and received the Hammer Award from Vice President Al Gore's National Performance Review Board. Ms. Whisenhunt's hard work and determination have earned her tremendous respect and recognition. She has won numerous awards, including being named one of the nation's "Top 40 Under 40" by Entrepreneur magazine, the "Small Business Person of the Year" by the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, and "Southeast Wholesale Entrepreneur of the Year" by Ernst & Young.
