Lisa Ha-Ngoc Middle/Upper School Spanish Teacher, World Languages Department Chair 303-665-6679 Ext 460 Ms. Ha-Ngoc graduated with an A.B. in Spanish Literature from Dartmouth College in 2004 and earned her master's degree in Spanish from Middlebury College in 2007. In her free time, Ha-Ngoc enjoys singing and has performed with Harlequins Musical Theater in Hanover, NH, the Handel Choir of Baltimore, the Coro Talia in Madrid, and the Colorado Choir in Denver.

Lisa Ha-Ngoc Middle School Spanish Teacher, World Languages Department Chair 303-665-6679 Ext 460 Lisa Ha-Ngoc began working in the classroom the winter before graduating from Dartmouth, teaching art at The Becket School (Haverhill, N.H.). Upon graduation she taught upper level Spanish and developed the International Baccalaureate and IGCSE curricula for the Spanish department at St. Timothy's School, in Stevenson, Md. She spent a year abroad teaching English in both Madrid and Navas del Rey, Spain before returning stateside in 2007 to teach undergraduate Spanish at Boston University, she also volunteered at the International Institute of Boston, tutoring English to immigrants and refugees and preparing Haitian immigrants for their U.S. citizenship exams. She came to Dawson in 2008 from Hanoi, Vietnam where she had been teaching English and Spanish. She has performed with Harlequins Musical Theater in Hanover, N.H., the Handel Choir of Baltimore, and the Coro Talia in Madrid.

As an undergraduate Ms. Ha-Ngoc was a member of Hanover's Harlequins Musical Theater and while at St. Timothy's she performed in the Handel Choir of Baltimore. She also performed symphonic-coral and Spanish music from the 17th century to present day in Coro Talia in Madrid.
