...Lisa GlatchLisa Glatch serves as president of the Fluor Government Group (FGG), which provides value-added services to government agencies including the United States Departments of Energy, Defense, State, and Homeland Security.Prior to her current position, Ms. Glatch served as senior vice president of Operations for FGG.Glatch has served Fluor for 19 years in a variety of management posts, including president of the Telecommunications business; senior vice president of Human Resources; executive responsible for the company's worldwide account with Procter & Gamble; top aide to the president and chief executive officer; vice president of Global Automation; and as the project manager on several large engineering and construction projects, each with $200 million to $400 million installed cost.In 2002, Glatch served for six months as a loaned executive to the Secretary of Transportation, the Honorable Norman Y. Mineta, to provide advice and assistance associated with start up of the newly formed Transportation Security Administration, created in the wake of the 9/11 terrorist attack on the United States.

has portfolio responsibilities for leading the company's charitable giving program, the Fluor Foundation
, as well as its global college relations program.Glatch graduated from the University of Colorado with a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering.She

.Active in a variety of professional and civic organizations, Glatch is a member of the Project Management Institute, the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, the National Association of Women in Construction, and the United States Tennis Association.She is a founding member of the Women's Philanthropy Fund of the Orange County United Way.She has served on the Boards of Directors for both the United Way and the Fluor Foundation.
