Lisa Allgood, practice administrator, and Corina Manning, assistant administrator, think the effort the doctors and staff make has a special side effect - it makes for a really nice place to work.

One of the first chores she
undertook was to sit down with each person in the staff individually, and try to understand that person's job and how the person approached it.
