While in these roles, Lindsy held the role of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer for many turnarounds with venture funded start-up companies and health plans providing total Internet based clinical care management and managed care business management thin client systems.
Additional responsibilities included several high level strategic planning and assessment roles in medical clinical technology, technology optimization and transformation, medical informatics, and all aspects of managed care operations.
Past roles for Lindsy include the position of Senior Vice President Business Transformation / SVP New Ventures Groups at HealthNet, Inc. where he directed system-wide clinical and care management transformation and electronic care management system development.
Lindsy was the CTO for Imperial Bank's Imperial Technology Systems (ITS) company which delivered the worlds first real time point of service claims electronic banking claims adjudication systems which lead Lindsy to be the CTO for the start up of California Association of Health Plans (CAHP); one of the very first RHIO projects almost a decade before these efforts became fashionable.
