actively works to build relationships with current and potential donors, writes grant proposals to corporations and foundations; provides guidance and support on the annual appeal, capital campaigns, planned giving campaigns, special events, and in-kind contributions in support of the annual operating budget and long term financial planning.
has been involved in Hospice
at several levels for nearly 20 years in Vermont and Maine.
first became aware of Hospice
mother was admitted as the first patient at the Vermont Respite House in Williston, VT in 1991.
subsequently became a volunteer at Vermont Respite House, then an employee where she
helped found their very successful fundraiser, the "5K Fun Run & Jiggety Jog".
Linda is a member of the Maine Association of Philanthropy, The Maine Association of Non-Profits and has been a Kiwanian for 10 years.
is a volunteer at MaineGeneral Medical Center, The American Lung Association and Kennebec Humane Society
Linda lives in Hallowell with her
husband, son and a menagerie of much loved pets.
