We also welcome Linda Wohl, who is certified in Rolfing, also known as Structural Integration. Rolfers work with the connective tissue particularly on the myofascial network that enwraps every muscle, bone & organ in the body. With hands-on work, Rolfing helps to release long-held body patterns, thereby improving posture, reducing pain and increasing flexibility and energy. Rolfing may help with Chronic pain due to injury, Migraines, Arthritis, Carpal Tunnel, Sports injuries, and Seniors who want more mobility. Linda is also a Direct Care Volunteer, giving her time and dedication to our Togus Hospice Clients.
