Linda has 2 children - Neil (28), a medical student at UK, is married to Hana, and they have a beautiful daughter, Wren, born on January 15, 2014 (who will call Linda 'Layla' J).

Linda joined Mary Kay in 1982 while teaching in the public school system as the Home Economics Instructor for grades 6-12 in a small rural school.
She debuted as a Sales Director in 1983 and left her teaching position in 1986 when Neil was born.
Working as a full-time director and full-time mom, she quickly moved her unit to Cadillac status for 16 consecutive years, and then on to Million Dollar status 7 times, where they ranked in the Top 20 in the Nation until their debut as a National Area in 2000.
