Class description: As nonprofits, we often struggle with the question of how to make alliances work in a way that makes sense for our organizations.
Many alliances are created reactively, perhaps out of a financial crisis, or to meet a program or grant requirement.
This training session will provide an opportunity to think proactively about them.
Linda Hoskins, our presenter for this session, will help you understand and effectively talk about the continuum of possible alliances, decide what kind of alliance you should create given your circumstances and needs, and plan the steps to take towards creating a successful alliance.
