Dr. Lily Feidy (Jerusalem, Palestine)
Dr. Feidy Ph.D. has twenty years of professional and educational experience in management, administration, planning and teaching coupled with hands-on exposure in the Middle East.
From 1990-1991 she
supervised 10 translators issuing news releases in Israeli media regarding the Israeli and Palestinian problem.
She has since been working in education, most recently with the Ministry of Higher Education in Palestine as Director General for International and Cultural Relations.
is responsible for international and cultural relations and exchange programs with Arab and foreign countries, as well as international and local organizations.
is also responsible for the coordination and supervision of Palestinian cultural activities.

Ebert Conference on Women in Bonn, Germany; Applied Linguists Conference in Delaware, USA; Conference on Teaching English as a Foreign Language in Washington DC, USA; and several peace program seminars and conferences in Belgium, Spain and Japan . She is also a member of several committees in Palestine: chairperson of the Scholarship Committee with the Ministry of Higher Education; member of the Palestinian Committee for Scholarships with the President's Office; member of the Steering Committee of the Sector Working Group on Education with the Ministry of Education; and member of Preparatory Committee for the Second International Conference on Education.
