Perry said while rewarding executives, the company is demanding concessions, including increases to employees health care and raising rates on retirees.

It is yet another example of corporations shifting more and more costs to workers," Perry said.
The company is taking an enormous dept and does not have the capacity to improve service quality or expand access to that state's rural areas, Perry said.
Perry also cited Verizon's sale of its wire lines in New England and Hawaii.
