Leila Duncan Award
Leila Duncan was the founder of the idea for the Irving Park Community Food Pantry. In the 1970's, she delivered food to individuals in need. Through her efforts, other individuals and churches joined her in her vision to feed the hungry. Because of her and the other early visionaries, the Irving Park Community Food Pantry was formed.
