"faith in other people" will take him far in Nashville. "You must have a cooperative mindset," he

said that small-business employers need access to state-mandated, affordable heath insurance.He
said better infrastructure also should be in place to attract companies to the area.
The No Child Left Behind Act is working, according to Sowers
