Sun River - The Oregon Association for Career and Technical Education (OACTE) named Lee Kounovsky of Churchill Alternative High School (Eugene 4J) as its Educator of the Year and gave South Eugene High School the Les Adkins Award for Career Guidance Excellence.
Both awards were presented at this year's OACTE Annual Conference.
