Lee Hoffheimer, senior vice president of client services at Lee Hecht Harrison, agrees that people are seeing jobs but she's not convinced that the hand-wringing is over for good.

"For many people who come into the job search arena, their big 'ah-hah' is when they realize they need to treat it like a project," she said.
Many people soon realize that a job hunt is not much different than project management: where are the tools, where are the resources, how do you organize an hour, a day, a week, a month.
"That's the first step," she said.
