family owned and operated a concrete contracting firm.
Having served in executive and senior management positions at Exelon Corporation and Duquesne Light Company prior to the acquisition of her family's company, Ms. Hickman's last energy industry position was vice president, Legislative Affairs at ComEd, the Chicago based utility subsidiary of Exelon.
was responsible for managing state legislative issues, initiatives and relationships for ComEd.
As the vice president of Human Resources for Exelon Energy Delivery (EED), Ms. Hickman managed a budget of $15 million and directed a staff of 60 employees.
Previously she served as a vice president in Exelon's unregulated business unit, director of Human Resources for the Midwest Region of Exelon Nuclear and as a director in corporate labor relations at ComEd.
