will be joining them as a member of the Board of Directors.

...Presently Mr. Nuckols is a member of the Regional Advisory Board of Cedarfield Retirement Community and the Board of J. Sergeant Reynolds Community College. In addition to his community service, Mr. Nuckols was a founder and board member of Bank of the James in 1974 and a member of the board of Commerce Bank since its origin. A graduate of Goochland High School, Lawrence Nuckols is a lifetime member of Centerville Company #3 Volunteer Fire Department in Goochland County and a forty-year member of St. Matthews United Methodist Church where he currently serves as Chairman of the Board.In addition, he is the developer of Brittland, Horsepen Hills and Sycamore Creek communities in Goochland County.
