Lawrence E. Creeden

professional practice to designing and implementing sophisticated financial strategies for working people and businesses to maximize their wealth, minimize their taxes, and plan for business succession and asset protection.
A graduate of Western State University College of Law, Mr. Creeden was an editor of the university's scholarly Law Review publication and passed the California bar exam in his first attempt.
He holds a Masters of Business Administration degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from California State University, Fullerton.
is admitted to practice law in the states of California and Washington, and the District of Columbia, as well as several federal district courts and courts of appeal, the US Tax Court, the US Court of International Trade, and the US Supreme Court
In addition to FINRA securities registration and completion of Series 7, Series 6, Series 63 and Series 66 examinations, Mr. Creeden is licensed in California as an insurance producer and as a real estate broker.
He also has taught graduate-level financial management courses at the University of Maryland University College (UMUC).

At various times he
has owned and operated an NFA member, CFTC
registered commodity futures brokerage specializing in managed futures accounts, two residential real estate brokerage offices, a mortgage brokerage, a commercial property management company, and a quick service restaurant.
