Following the successful opening of the Pullman Mall of the Emirates Hotel, the General Manager Mr. Laurent Chaudet, has been asked by Majid Al Futtaim Hospitality and Accor to lead the newly renovated Pullman Dubai Deira City Centre Hotel.
Pullman Dubai Deira City Centre celebrates its official 5 Star rating as announced by The Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
Mr. Salman Haider, Executive Managing Director- Hotels at Majid Al Futtaim Properties, Mr. Alaa Mostafa, Director, Asset Management - Hotels at Majid Al Futtaim Properties, and Mr. Laurent Chaudet, General Manager for the Pullman Dubai Deira City received the official 5 star announcement from The Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) on Monday May 20, 2013.

"We believe that our guest satisfaction is the most important aspect of our business and this has been reflected by the 5 star classifications today, boosted by the remarkable action of the new management and team associates, who are passionate about hospitality" stated Mr. Chaudet.
"The entire hotel has been renovated and upgraded in-order to meet expectations of our upscale guests, while offering them a 5 star experience that exceeds their satisfaction" added Mr. Chaudet, Pullman's General Manager. "We have lots of plans for the Pullman Dubai Deira City Centre hotel; the official 5 star rating by DTCM is just the beginning. Over the coming few months we will have a fully renovated tennis court that can be used by hotel guests and members of the community, 9 meeting and banqueting rooms with Pullman's innovative co-meeting standards" continued Laurent passionately.
Following the successful opening of the Pullman Mall of the Emirates Hotel, the General Manager Mr. Laurent Chaudet, has been asked by Majid Al Futtaim Hospitality and Accor to lead the newly renovated Pullman Dubai Deira City Centre Hotel.
"As a seasoned veteran of Accor Group, I am excited to lead the Pullman Dubai Deira City Centre Hotel and to enforce its position as an upscale hotel of choice both in Dubai and across the Middle East" stated Mr. Chaudet on his first day at the captain's seat. "Pullman Hotels and Resorts have several unique features which are not available together in any particular hotel brand e.g. a dedicated IT solution officer who is present at every meeting and innovative breaks that include a massage. The brand is based on connectivity, creativity while allowing responsible growth" continued Mr. Chaudet.
There are few things in the pipeline for Mr. Chaudet's softly launched Pullman in Deira, these include unique meeting facilities that will be ready by October 1st 2013, repositioning of some of the Food and Beverage venues and off course the recruitment of key executives to name a few.
