I had the opportunity to serve on a panel discussion about the future of home care with Lauren A. Taylor. Lauren has a master's degree from the Yale School of Public Health and is now a doctoral student of health policy and management at Harvard Business School.

"When we look to the front lines of health care and of social service delivery, however, we found that those who interact most closely with patients are recognizing the intersection between the sectors as leverage points for improving health at reasonable cost, and pioneering a broader kind of innovation," Lauren writes in her book, The American Health Care Paradox, along with co-author, Elizabeth H. Bradley.
