Laura Conigliaro
Laura retired as a partner of Goldman Sachs, which she joined in 1996, in 2011. At Goldman Sachs, Laura was the co-director of the firm's Americas Equity Research unit. Prior to that, Laura served as the Technology Equity Research business unit leader for Goldman Sachs. She also developed a specialized expertise in the hardware systems sector during her time covering enterprise server and storage companies. While at Goldman Sachs, she served on the Compensation Policy Committee, as well as the Americas Diversity Committee. If elected at the Company's 2013 annual meeting, she is expected to be appointed to Genpact's Audit Committee. Conigliaro spent 15 years in leadership roles at Goldman Sachs before retiring as a partner in 2011, including co-director of the firm's Americas Equity Research unit and Technology Equity Research business unit leader. From 1979 to 1996, Conigliaro was an equity analyst at Prudential Securities, where she specialized in the technology industry.
