Larry Farmer, currently general manager of the Intermediate Chemicals Group, has been named president of ATO Portland.

will be responsible for the product lines manufactured in Portland, Oregon, including chlorine, caustic soda, sodium chlorate, and hydrochloric acid.He will also lead development of the hydrogen peroxide business in the Northwest.
