Larry Dunham has worked for more than thirty-three years in the Aerospace industry. For over 31 of those years, he has supported the Hubble Space Telescope (HST) Program. He supported the pre-launch integration and test of HST in Sunnyvale, CA before relocating to Greenbelt, MD in 1989 to support the launch and mission operations. For each of the five Servicing Missions, Mr. Dunham has served as the lead Anomaly Response Manager at Goddard Space Flight Center's (GSFC) Space Telescope Operations Control Center (STOCC). Currently, Mr. Dunham works as the Systems Engineering Manager for HST Operations. He has a staff of over 50 engineers from various companies that are responsible for ensuring the continued successful operation of HST.
Mr. Dunham has been recognized by NASA with several individual awards over the years including the Silver Snoopy, the Space Flight Awareness (SFA) Honoree Award, the NASA Public Service Medal, the NASA Distinguished Public Service Medal and NASA HQ's Systems Engineering Excellence Award.
Mr. Dunham also is known for his experience in managing and growing small businesses. As Vice President of an Aerospace Division at a previous employer, he received from the NASA Administrator on behalf of the division, the NASA George M. Low Award. His business development effort at his previous employer helped grow the company from 13 employees to over 70 employees in less than four years.
Since joining PPI in November 2009, Larry Dunham has established PPI Aerospace as a player in the GSFC engineering arena. PPI is supporting six contracts at GSFC and is on several teams for future contracts at GSFC.

Mr. Dunham graduated in 1980 magna cum laude from Heidelberg College with a B.S tri-majoring in Physics, Math, and Computer Science. He received his M.S.E.E. in Computer Science in 1985 from Santa Clara University.
