Dr. Ladan Rahnema
Ladan Rahnema is a classroom coach and program monitor at the American Institutes for Research (AIR). Dr. Rahnema received her doctorate in educational leadership from The George Washington University in 2010. Since working at AIR, Dr. Rahnema has coached teachers in the District of Columbia Public Schools in the implementation of the Good Behavior Game. She has provided teachers with training and monitored their progress.
Before joining AIR, Dr. Rahnema worked with The Center for Comprehensive School Reform and Improvement, where she provided technical assistance in the area of school improvement to various districts in the country. She has over five years of experience in providing professional development to educators in school reform strategies. She began her career in education as an elementary school teacher in the Bronx, New York in 1997.
