Kymm B. Pollak, Marketing Director, New Enterprises, Big G Cereal Division, General MillsKymm has been with General Mills for ten years and was named Marketing Director, New Enterprises, Big G Cereal Division in October 2005.Previously, Kymm had been Marketing Director, Innovation Speed Team, a position she assumed in January 2005.Prior to this, she was Marketing Manager, Yellow Box Cheerios in the Big G Division.Kymm joined General Mills in 1997 as an Assistant Marketing Manager in the Yoplait Division.After assignments in Yoplait & Big G in addition to a six-month sales assignment in Portland, OR, she was named Marketing Manager of New Ventures in 2000.

returned to the Big G Division in 2003 as Marketing Manager on Yellow Box Cheerios/Kix/NASCAR. Kymm graduated magna cum laude from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, MA with a B.A. in International Relations/Economics.She received her MBA degree in 1997 from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.Kymm is an active participant in the community, having been a past board chair of the Community Capital Alliance as well as a current board member of Junior Achievement.Kymm
