After spending many years hanging around football coaches and players with his
began weightlifting in the 5th grade.
lifting and fitness continued as he
played high school football and participated on the track team.
Kyle received his Bachelor Science Kinesiology (Exercise Science) from the University of Kentucky in 1997.
After taking several years off from any kind of physical activity, he
ballooned to 200 pounds at age 25.
He moved back to this area and, while earning his MBA from Murray State, he began to lift again in the traditional globo gym format.
During 10 years of this he
diet and began to realize the important role of nutrition.
2nd ACL replacement in 2009 he
began to run but soon became bored with both this and lifting.
He found CrossFit in 2010 and has been hooked ever since.
"No matter how long I do this, there is always new challenges and room for improvement".

During the day Kyle is a Vice President at Planters Bank.
enjoys spending time with his
family and boating.
favorite movements are snatch and muscle ups.
isn't a huge fan of thrusters and loves ice cream.
