Knowles joins an elite group of restaurateurs that include Jean-Jacques Rachou (La Cote Basque, NYC), Robert Mondavi (Mondavi Wineries), Ruth Fertel (Ruth's Chris Steak House), Drew Nieporent (Myriad Restaurant Group, NYC) and Paul Kovi (The Four Seasons, NYC).
