As a Program Officer with the Cleveland Foundation, Kristi Andrasik helps nonprofit organizations assess their goals and navigate the community responsive grant application process.
Kristi previously worked with Cleveland Metropolitan School District's Office of Family and Community Engagement and served multiple roles at Goodrich-Gannett Neighborhood Center in Cleveland, including Family Services Coordinator, Clinical Director, and Associate Director.
Kristi draws upon her
extensive experience in social service delivery and nonprofit management to review proposals across a broad range of program areas and support the organizations working to improve our region.
Since joining the Foundation in 2012, Kristi has worked closely with the Cleveland LGBT community to mobilize resources and strengthen community infrastructures to prepare for the 2014 Gay Games and improve the well-being of Greater Cleveland's LGBT residents.
Kristi graduated summa cum laude from Kent State University, earning a bachelor's degree in human development and family studies with a minor in sociology and additional studies in family life education and nonprofit management and development.
She received a Master of Science in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University and is a Licensed Independent Social Worker- Supervisor in the state of Ohio.
