"Without hesitancy, I highly recommend Krista as a mediator in any dispute you may have.
...
Krista Gottlieb is an exceptionally capable mediator and arbitrator. She listens carefully, and understands the core legal and factual issues before her. She honors her promises to the parties as to confidentiality, fairness and other elements essential to a successful ADR process. Most importantly, she works tirelessly to find creative solutions to bring matters to an appropriate resolution. For these reasons and others, Krista Gottlieb is highly respected by her peers and frequently the neutral of choice for experienced civil litigators.

"Krista mediated a complex estate litigation involving sibling rivalry, business valuations and warring heirs to a successful resolution in three sessions. Krista's efforts avoided countless days of depositions, a lengthy trial and most importantly the result satisfied all of the litigants. The mediation worked because Krista was persistent, objective and present in all of the sessions and kept the process moving when it appeared that it was stalled. I would not hesitate to recommend Krista to litigants seeking to reduce the costs of litigation and to obtain a relatively quick and fair resolution of their case."
...
When parties to a mediation reach an impasse, Krista knows what questions to ask, to keep the conversation going. She reality checks both sides to a dispute with compassion and does NOT let the case become larger than the dispute. As a plaintiff's lawyer, often the emotional harm done is difficult to separate from the litigation process. Krista assists my clients and leads them to a place where certainty and letting go brings peace.

"Krista goes the extra mile.
Dispute Resolution
www.mdg-law.com, 7 Oct 2013 [cached]
As the "Resolution Pro" and as managing partner of Mattar, D'Agostino & Gottlieb, LLP, Krista Gottlieb has long recognized that the cost and time expenditure associated with litigation does not always serve the client's best interests, nor does it meet their needs and preferences. As either a litigator when needed and as a neutral mediator Ms. Gottlieb constantly seeks new and creative ways to help parties resolve issues, problems and litigation quickly, efficiently and cost effectively. Appropriate Dispute Resolution ("ADR"), including mediation, arbitration, early case evaluation mechanisms and mini-trials, are some of the ways to accomplish that goal. Krista Gottlieb, a partner in the firm since 1989, is not only a successful civil litigator, but also an experienced and active ADR neutral, lecturer and trainer (mostly mediation and arbitration) in business, corporate, commercial and employment matters. In addition to being a dedicated "issue resolver," Ms. Gottlieb has over 200 hours of formal ADR training and has served as an ADR trainer for lawyers and judges wishing to become mediators and arbitrators. In addition to her private mediation practice Ms.Gottlieb is a member of various mediation and arbitration panels, including the W.D.N.Y. ADR Program, the 8th Judicial District ADR Program (including the Commercial Division), EEOC Panel, NYS Division of Human Rights Panel, AAA and the U.S. Postal Service Redress Mediation Program Panel. As a complement to her neutral advocacy practice, Ms. Gottlieb participates on various advisory/design panels for conflict resolution, mediation, arbitration, program systems designs, as well as the promulgation of a multi-option Federal Court ADR program. She is a teacher and lecturer on the topics of ADR, Collaborative Problem Solving, Conflict Resolution processes and Mediation trainer. Ms. Gottlieb's CV
